All the elite players have orgies once a month in a secret location. It’s a bit weird now since it’s just 7 guys and apparently Rig showed up one day with his balls barely dropped....but yeah exciting stuff.

A few things that motivate me in no particular order:
-posting terrible logs on AoW that humiliate Aang
-joining every clan Aang is in and declanning his alts one by one
-giving same-side no quit to Aang when he is trying to rent
-giving Aang skins of poisoned water every time he is thirsty in PK
-narrating "omw" from clan rooms when Aang asks for help

I've been around since 1998ish. Initially, it was something fun I could do with some RL friends, that being blind wasn't to much of a hindrance, instead of say, playing ball.
As the Seanchan side grew and changed, it was a lot of rp, working with new players, and helping produce new people, to get ready to head to Falme and start fighting oathies. Non-stop smob trains, filling multiple wagons, on a continent that only had, like 9 smobs, hours of exping up people. LOL, I can't imagine how I used to, constantly just mob rip, to get down from 51, simply to have a rason to take people exping… makes me cringe now.
Then I finally tried pking, and got better at it, never good, but better and had a great time doing that in the SW. Again, with a great group of friends.
Then it became mastering Mronz, primarily based on pk, not clan/rp, like Amria mastered. That took up my life for like 1.5 years, and it was magnificent!
Then everything started changing, and kept changing, fastforward to now, being human...
I'm doing my like 12th re-read of WOT, which always make me want to play, and I keep trying... but as of now, I still havn't really gotten my emotional need to get in it still.
I think it's because as a group, I can't figure out Seanchan's fit, our purpose, and I currently have nothing to strive for, since simply playing to pk, or playing to smob, or playing to exp isn't quite enough for my state, as a 33 year old, like it was at 13-25.
We used to hope to strive for something like Deathwatch ogier remort, that would have been an amazing goal, but never happened. I keep trying, but as of yet, I just can't figure out where I fit, in the current wotmod, as it relates to my only passionate side, Seanchan.
I tried tower, I tried legion, I tried trolls, and tried the DF rout, but I always feel like those are just distractions, where Seanchan used to be/hopefully still is my "home".
Well, that was a long answer to the OP's question.
Ideas:
I'd love to see a real economy, resources, player buildable homes/forts/structures, more things to do in the world, than just rp or pk, but real tangible resource farming/economics like I've seen in muds like Avalon RPG or Achaea.
I do think it's very important to assess the majority of the base, see where we all fall in our status in the mud, and see if different things need to be changed or added, to try and provide excitement or different avenues of excitement, instead of simply, make new char, clan new clan, get master, and do it again, and again. I'd never change PK, I still love our pk, but there is so much more potential, be it economy, resources, etc, that I feel our mud has never truly given a solid shot.
Hell, as an adition, so much of our mud is restricted by the age old, coding... but skills, for the most part, our skills havn't changed in 21 years. The classes skills have stayed basicly constant, sure channelers have had weaves added and taken away, but rogue, warrior, and hunter, is just stagnant, again, coding.

For me it was shawling. From day 1 in this game it was a goal of mine.
Then i shawled and i was like a dog that caught his tail finally and had no idea what to do with myself.
Then i bonded and an aspect of the game evolved for me, as well as sittership and the running of being aes sedai in this world, keeps my attention.
I loved the books, but i think we are well unto our own type of existance here.
Ideas:
1. Daily goals that can net you a different set of points eg xp or qps or coppers. New gear options, (coding). Rideable wagons for the game.
I have heard of some stuff that is in the pipeline that has me excited for the next version of the game.
2. Take ideas from games like red dead redemption. Bring in traders like kandori (but as a alternative to the token system for the tower- our oaths prevent us from making weapons, give us another option to craft our own items)
3. New weaves or weakened versions of terangreals. Heck even give us the abillity to craft angreal, a 50 charge type ones.
4. Death match type situations where you get a message " do you want to partake in deathmatch" then 3 ds vs 3 ls gets hurled into a area that is closed off and we duke it out. Deaths don't affect your chars progress in the game and can net you tokens, or gold or gear of choice.
5. A coach between tar valon and maradon. (Maradon is not getting love)
6. Master pets able to ride boats/portal stones/flames- will bring mobs down from blight faster for intersting pk. Though prevent over usage.
7. Escalate us to the book 4 or 5 by now. At this rate i will be dead rl before we hit book 13 ish.
8. Aiel clan.
9. Roaming smobs - a few years ago i wrote a story of bandits groups moving around the world attacking people randomly. Why not do that with a ctf patty that moves around the world by themselves like dougan. Make the loads average but worth the time spend.
10. Bring in the forsaken. Give them the same powers as dougan, but with roaming patties with them. Eg Lanfear and 3 or so trollocs, instead of recoding the char, take a dougan basic code and retool the char into something like "Lanfear , daughter of the night stands here." Really want to see some more actions here. Even make her attack ds just to sprice up things.
11. Buildable villages that can be razed by all clans ala baerlon. I love that we can turn ctf patties to whomever we need them for.
Ok enough ranting. This game is amazing and i dont think i will ever stop playing it.

I would connect Maradon to BE as well (it looks more connected in the book maps as well)

Ack what Mronz said. Those days of massive under eqed lowbie seanchan smobbing on the continent for hours with wagons. Groups failing to do ED until a master logged on. Just smobbing around with little fear or duchery pkers turning up. Those were real friendships were wrought on the mud.
