Ding Dong the witch is dead
There are lessons in each one of my logs. This one is, 1 in the hand is better than 2 in the bush. Or it might just be, it's great to be lucky? Please comment below!
To set the stage, I've been fighting 2 witches in TV. I had just came from FD where I lamed on Byrg, so I was sad. But these two weren't nice and wouldn't let me get a stab on, just getting weaved on.

Once again, so many things wrong. Wrong stab alias sent, didn't drop raft which confused me for a bit, no kill alias setup. But the biggest almost potential hazard, I forgot Erulisse setup and didn't have notice on with h.erulisse alias'd.

Sorry I'm quite new and trying to get an understanding of pvp, just curious as to why you waited "cause she may see you on where". I don't really understand the mechanics, I always assumed if you saw them they could see you, is this not the case?

It's actually my goal to post as many of these as possible, I like when jestin comments. I'm a little disheartened kryyg hasn't yet, just looking for a little attention.

And if I've helped train one more person on game mechanics of stabbing witches, I feel good about that. We all need to learn, right? The WHERE command is powerful on both human and trolloc side skurk, time to start getting paranoid and typing it all the time.
I did say sorry and returned *almost* everything. Even though she used elegant proise and big words to say how dissatisfied she was, hah. It's like reading an angry Shakespearen reply to you, so fun. Also I've been curious, was she coming back to stab me, or was my plan genius and she needed the horse?
And come on, who hasn't used the hagg horse trick to get a stab off? Am I right?

I think you’re taking this too personally. You are not the issue or anything particularly special (no offense), anyone can do this and it happens all the time.
Stab should be a percentage damage and landing rate should go up. Decrease defense on stabbing weapons dramatically and increase OB by 50 so you can break defense to finish a kill. Remove stab lag.

Yeah unfortunately you can't return the probably like 50+ hours she spent getting all her gate codes.
Like Kryyg said though this isn't really about you or Erulisse. Shouldn't be able to wizkill somebody when they have no chance of knowing you're around. Should we all really be spamming where and look with notice on all the time we're mudding? In this particular case it wouldn't even have helped her to spam where most likely.
If stab was a % of remaining hps at least people would have a window of opportunity to still escape. And you could still finish with melee or projectiles or something but it would require some actual chasing. Not just camping out somewhere and wizkilling someone when they come into your room.
