Statting has changed

I am putting this under bugs because this is a change that has not been announced. Since returning to the mud I have spent some time mapping out statting. Over the last 4 months I have statted over 10,000 attempts on multiple characters and until this week have never received specific statsum's like I have received since we had the recent outage with several issues, statting being one of them

Specifically prior to the change I never received a statsum on a LS player lower than a 70. This week I have received a statsum of 68 twice and 69 3 times. On the DS side I have a starter that has received as low as a 57 and as high as a 72. Prior to the changeover I never received anything lower than a 60 on a DS statter however to be fair I do not have a huge set of stats for that side yet.

Based on this data I believe that something has changed the lower limits allowed, and maybe the upper limits as well. Is this something the Imms can comment on?

We know as much as you do. Or less, as we were oblivious to it rolling under 70.

I am 100% sure this is information for Flash to do as he wishes with it. Just hoping to point out something that was unknown before.

Something else just popped up as well that I have not seen before, however I have no hard and fast data. I just rolled a 7 hps on a lower level FC with a 14 con. Again, I have not written down all my hps increases but I don't ever remember getting a 7 hps increase on a newer character. 8 has always been the lowest before. shrug just an FYI.

I pulled out 2 different lower level FC's today ( < 20 ) and both of them rolled an 8 for a hps roll. One has a 14 con and the other has a 15 con. Yesterday I had another lower level player roll an 8 con. Is anyone else seeing low con rolls on lower level characters, or is it just been the luck of the draw for me.

If it's just channelers you're seeing it on, my be due to the recent-ish cap on channie hps?

It is. But I never noticed it before the mud went off-line a few weeks ago and the statting issues appeared. I am not sure if it was always like that, or a recent change / bug.

I've reported this to Flash, in case it is related to other bugs or makes him see a pattern, or something.
