There were many mutterings and grumblings from both LS and DS when Kajin and commie were being hurricaned regularly. The patrols wouldn't regroup, rendering them useless for a whole boot. This negatively impacted pk, making it so LS couldn't take a (last) stand and would just go in, ending pk and taking the potential kills from DS.
After a discussion on the Staff level, some mobol has been put in that should cause the mobs to regroup after some time. This will make it so hurricaning the patrols can be strategic on the short term, without being detrimental to pk on the long term.
