new old quests

There have been new gambler quests introduced and they are great. But I've realised some of them are the same as the old ones (signet ring, wedding dress, sarita, a'dam). Can I do them again, as they are on the new list, or can I only do the really new ones?

Anyone knows, please?

I did one of them before realising this and did't get anything (and hope I won't lose qps for it). Does it mean the quest had already been done?

I think some stay on, and slowly rotate off with each update, since they are the more involved quests and someone invested a bunch of time making them. Can still only do them once.

This. Some people tend to find the more involved quests more fun, but they are time consuming to make. So every year a new one was added until we hit like... 5 total? And now, each year one is dropped and one new one is added.

You can still only do them once per character.
