I'm going to continue to prac it, and use it instead of flamestrike/fireball. (cheaper on pracs). and I will hope it bashes every dodgy dreadlord/fade I come across. May the odds forever be in your favor.

I think it is obvious this is a PDW, with good intent. I think it is also funny that most of you WT channies think you know the implications of a weave in PK when most of you are awful in a group PK setting and don't ever attempt solo channeler PK. Jestin is probably the authority on channelers in PK. That said, none of you have to do as he says and can continue to practice this weave, most people need a crutch.

Our primary complaint around HoA is that you can bash someone in 8 pulses. This is just too fast to bash someone. Flee 3 times within a tic and suddenly you're vulnerable to a bash.

Normally when I die to a bash it sucks but I'm fine with it because I mess up somehow - stay too long in the room, come back into the room, built up way too much flee lag, etc. With HOA bash it's usually not because I made a mistake or they played well, the timer was just too short.

Kind of a bad argument...if you're going to say that about this then it's true for anything lol. It's not like you can't play around it. It's just annoying and not very fun.

It's okay with me if you don't buy my arguments. But you do agree you would prefer to have it removed/changed? And I don't think you have it practiced or will practice it right?

I move for declanning of Benito, he has broken the three oaths of the Shienaran Lancers and has posted fake news.

I'm curious as to how you play around it? As Jestin said flee a couple times and you now have enough fleelag to eat it. Is it to just never PK vs more than one channeler or go in at scr? Or just always pk in a big group where you never have to flee? While it is obvious that it is us Dreadlords who suffer the most from the weave since we have to fight multiple channelers daily I've also kerdoinked a dodger or two with HoA bash and a group of master trollocs before. It really just kills any incentive to PK around somewhat low when you know the 2-3 channelers you're up against are all slinging around HoA. meaning you will get bashed at some point and likely die from wound+, unless they mess up badly.

The other issue Jestin didn't mention is that HoA can be started on a bashed target, so you can essentially eat 4 rounds sitting if the HoA lands just as the stun time from the previous bash is up. Granted these cases are few I've seen it happen a couple times, and while comical when they do happen, it is just silly to have this as a possibility.
