Good thing most of the top tier players aren't highly influential in many different justice clans. Because in that case we'd have REAL problems with "RP".
Anyway, I guess that settles it.

Clan Equipment.
You can issue clan trinkets for your own use only. You cannot issue them to exchange them for cash, or to give them away to other players. Spam issuing is not allowed in any situation.
You may wear two of the same of your clan's trinkets at the same time, e.g. two clan rings, bracelets, or necklaces.
?!?!?!?
How is this not directly in violation of the rules to just give them to other people in exchange for their clan trinket?

noloot is a bummer but, I do like the qp sink part of it. It actually costs fades and high end players now severely for being careless and dying.

All rules are equal, but some rules are more equal than others.

2 db or 2 pb is not a deal-breaker when people are transferring or exchanging clan trinkets. The disadvantage with looting is acceptable.
Roleplay restrictions and enforcement must come from individual players and individual clans.
The solution to issues in this game, when they arise, will not be that immortals impose penalties or rules; if you wish to punish players then make laws and enforce them through your clans.
Not only as Weir has posted above that this is in direct violation of a posted rule, it also is loophole abuse as stated in one of the 5 rules:
2) Loopholes.
It is illegal to abuse/exploit loopholes in the game or code, and
you are encouraged to report these loopholes. Loopholes are anything
that doesn't work as advertised or lets you do things which you
normally couldn't do, or makes an activity easier than it otherwise
would be.
Any rewards earned from exploiting loopholes (equipment, points, or
otherwise) will be revoked, and demotions up to a full zap are likely.

We've made this hard than it should be. Get rid of the !take. Soils of war are meant to be earned/taken. It still costs qps because someone killed you and takes them. Then you need to reissue them. Such a stupid theory !take is. Now we have crying and dissecting of the rules. Just leave it simple. Issue at your own risk, die at your own risk, lose or gain at your own risk. Welcome to #HellMud

Would love if we still had access to the old forums so we could all play attorneys to find which rules and regulations contradict each other throughout the mud.
Do believe the founding philosophy was as little red tape as possible. Which is interesting because it governed a larger populace back then with less red tape. But now find ourselves regulating a smaller populace with way more rules and restrictions.

The 5 rules were sort of bullshit from inception. Anyways, just drop dung back to their base and go back to how it was, this player base clearly has no idea how to handle nice things in one direction or another.
