I don't think you can actually get trunk pack Zang.

That said, is it people just using up ones they have in rent? Because I had a few SS ones in rent I could use but can't because of Rp?

At this point it's definitely not. Seen certain players die a bunch of times with same-side noloot clan trinks on them. Just look at pk logs.

Anything that makes people have to spend qps is good. Less eq is good too it will give smobbed trinks some form of value. It was a nightmare back when trolls could use any clan ls clan trink and then have 2x gleeman badges or the move setup getting almost 300 moves.

I think the issue here is more so the acceptance of people wearing multiple and stacking bonuses. The way to make it work could potentially be seen as a loophole.

If it becomes more common we could get to a point of killing people and not getting much for it.

Just impose a heavy penalty on anyone caught doing the multiple stacking and if they are not in a clan I'm sure some kind of penalty can be figure it out I'm assuming right now people are pulling them out of rents

The problem I see with any of this is the netflix vs pirating issue. I don't think you'd see as many people wearing clan trinkets if normal equivs (obsids/gold rings) loads weren't downed so substantially. You make it easier to something legit (even at a cost, in this case 1 db per trinket), fewer people are going to "pirate", so to speak (issue clan trinkets for friends/alts, etc.) and the issue sort of fixes itself. I think there was a small miscalculation on what people value more, DB or QPs.

Yeah, db > qps for sure and those that are likely taking advantage of this are probably quite capable of replacing those qps via their enhanced dbs.

As it currently stands we do not see the transferring or exchanging of clan trinkets between people abuse.

2 db or 2 pb is not a deal-breaker when people are transferring or exchanging clan trinkets. The disadvantage with looting is acceptable.

Roleplay restrictions and enforcement must come from individual players and individual clans.

The solution to issues in this game, when they arise, will not be that immortals impose penalties or rules; if you wish to punish players then make laws and enforce them through your clans.

Locked
