Sparring/Combat Training
Re: Sparring/Combat Training
I always wondered why some absers would flee constantly at high health until suddenly they'd stop and start beating my bashes (and rebashes) constantly. Makes sense now that they must have been using a script. Unlucky for them scripts doesn't mean skill and they more often than not died anyways.
However that rule doesn't work with Stab. A stabbing script is all it takes for a lazy person to get kills.
Oh and while I'm responding, Razhak your story of Wilkerson is hilarious! I can only imagine that going down heh.

Re: Sparring/Combat Training
The basic idea behind a bash or stab script is to spam a command (bash xxx, stab xxx) until the timer starts rolling and no more, to prevent human error of not spamming fast enough or over spamming the commands.

Re: Sparring/Combat Training
when i found out growing up and playing here that I was getting out stabbed because people were using triggers, I was distraught ... I just thought they were better players hehe.. they're just sneakier players

Re: Sparring/Combat Training
Scripts and maps have ruined this game. Speaking of which. I need a script for zmud to help me see better! Lol.

This. And I never go south of TV except to smob, so I use a map then.Stasia wrote:They help new people. It would take so long to learn especially since most of you guys know much more. After a few months I have a much better understsnding of where I am and how the maps kind of look.
Re: Sparring/Combat Training
Nothing wrong with maps. Those who know the zones without maps have an advantage anyway, since they don't have to look back and forth (like me).
