Warning: northern Altara changes, aka stage 3.

With the zone changes in western Murandy and the addition of Hinderstap, stage 1 and 2 of the "great-West-Lugard-box-shaped-zones-overhaul" were complete.

Now is the time for stage 3, with stage 4 to follow in the very near future.

Stage 3 is re-shaping northern Altara, aka Plains Mistress zone. A whole chunk in the south-east corner will be chopped off and re-worked, while the zone layout will be made chokier. The room descriptions will also be changed so they reflect the area as described in the later books more accurately. This is a work in progress, done live, so don't expect to go there tonight and see a whole new world, so to speak.

Depending on whether scheduling works out, stage 4, including the re-worked south-eastern chunk, will go live in the coming week.
