Tar Valon has gotten a new, named, hunter prac. Harryl the retired warder wanders the streets, but if you wonder out loud at the Tar Valon crier and say "where is Harryl", the crier will point you in the right direction.
Ditto for the Cairhien crier and Asan Sandair/ Elricain Tavolin, the warrior pracs.
