Is silly.

Can we make it visible to folks without the need to log in again, please? New people will not see it, and their first instinct when just browsing around wont be to make an account.

This is a stop gap measure to keep a certain banned player from posting. While I agree it's not ideal, it is necessary at this point.

Need to make a sticky in players lounge or announcements at least to advise new players about this. Nothing more than a sentence or two or just title it. Or put it on the forum page somewhere.
