Brocas gathers her things and heads outside to the middle of town as morning breaks. With a loud and commanding voice she calls the townspeople to gather around. "Last night, I went to investigate Racquel. When I got to his room, he was no where to be found! What I discovered was quite disturbing. Scrawled on the walls was just one phrase, written over and over: The voice...". Brocas trails off with a grimace.

She begins again, "Racquel is obviously suffering severely from the taint of Saidin." LYNCH RACQUEL

A note has been tacked in the middle of the town square:

Citizens of Maredo,

Lynch me if you must, but know that if you do, all hope is lost. It is as Brocas Sedai says, the Voices speak to me. But also know that I fight with the town. I have killed but one person - The Darkfriend/Seanchan Paj who claimed to be a Wisdom. I also am guilty of burning the inn to a cinder on the first night looking for the Seanchan Bloodknife Astolfo. But there is another who uses Saidin in this town. I have spent the remainder of my nights investigating and I can name Aldwyn a male channeler and friend of the dark - the man who killed Ashlee in her home last night. I name Callesa darkfriend and I name Aira Seanchan. If the town lynches me today, the town is lost.

In order the save the town, we must start by lynching those with actions who can reduce our number overnight. Lynch Aira.

Aira mumbled to herself "oh, the weather outside is frightful..."

Then she heard the call.

She responded "I have just gained the ability to kill. Send me after the darkfriends, after all it is imperative that they die first."

If Aldwyn is a male channeler and a darkfriend, someone should be able to confirm that and we should lynch him. Else, I may perhaps serve my newly acquired purpose at night.

[Callesa]

"Clearly, the poor man has already gone mad. Desperate self-preservation attempts are understadable, but useless without being truthfull. May the Light have mercy on his soul as he is without blame. I wish there was another way to protect us all from him."

[Aldwyn]

Unlocks the door and comes out of the Mayor's office. "I am saddened by your affliction, Racquel, as you have lived here for years. However, it is clear that you have already become delusional to accuse myself, the mayor, of being both a channeler and a darkfriend. I have not been showing myself in public as the loss of my daughter hit me very hard. And later Gaidin Xoco actually advised me to stay hidden for safety purposes. But now this mess is finally almost over and the town will be able to move on as best as they are able. You will have to be lynched tonight (LYNCH RACQUEL). Aira you can choose one of us to kill tonight that are left if you wish but either way you will be lynched tomorrow. Better to surrender and live in my opinion. For me, I'm just glad this horrible nightmare is going to be over soon whatever way. And my daughter's death to Rig was avenged already."

Aldwyn slowly slides down near the gallows, his arms and legs shaking from lack of eating, clearly he's a man that has already given up on himself and waits for his own end.

[Callesa]

Fools! By lynching me you're lynching the only person left who can act offensively for the town at night. You've sealed your own fates.

There are 6 people left: Brocas, Racquel, Firimei, Callesa, Aldwyn, Aira.

Aira is confirmed Seanchan by multiple people. Aldwyn claims to be the Mayor. Brocas claims to be Blue Ajah. If you lynch me today, then Aira kills one of you three tonight. That leaves 2 of the town left with THREE out-numbering the two of you left. You need to lynch Aira today to have a hope of winning.

[Brocas]

Brocas ponders for a bit, wishing she had spent more time studying logic. Racquel does seem to make a strong point, provided I and we, the people of this town, can trust him. Racquel has lived his whole life in this town and claims to have only killed the dark friend seanchan Pajana. My investigations of Racquel never revealed him to be in service of the dark one. However, I do have investigative proof that Aira is in service of the empress and I am certain she would love to chain or kill me given the chance. If the tained Racquel has enough clarity, he could save the the remaining people of the town in which he spent his life by eliminating more seanchan tonight. Whereas Aira is threatening she will kill the man claiming to be the Mayor tonight!
