Going through some old logs in my spare time, old log from the summer of global quests. Since we're down, figured it's the right time to pull some of these out.

A circle of lush green lawn spreads like an emerald carpet between
leatherleaf trees, their branches twined together overhead in a natural
dome glittering with greens, gold and browns. The sky peeks through the
intermittent gaps between leaves and branches creating a sparkling effect.
Fireflies gracefully dance between the branches, and morning glories twine
up the tree trunks between tendrils of delicate ivy. A grouping of rocks
highlights a natural spring whose waters trickle into a small pool strewn
with water lillies. Floral aromas drift on the air giving a sweet breeze.

The road opens here to the east into a large park of green grass. To the west
the road curves around a bend and follows the river bank. The park extends to
the east, and the path continues to the south.

Bend Along the Wall
The Wharf road bends here to the north and east. The road runs along the river
bank to the north, and extends into an open area to the east.

Wharf Road
The Wharf Road continues here to the north and south. To the south the road
curves away from the river and around the city. A small pet store lies to the
east. The White Bridge dominates the city from any vantage-point, and this
location is no exception.

Wharf Road
The Wharf Road runs along the banks of the river Arinelle, which is
just to the west. You can see the docks to the north. The looming arch of the
White Bridge hangs high overhead as it spans the river. A side road leads off
into the city to the east.

This stone street continues to the east, and the pier to the docks begins to the
west. The Wharf Road runs north and south along the river bank. The street is
directly under the enormous White Bridge, for which the city earns its name.
The eastern foot of the bridge settles in the center of town, several blocks
east
from here.

lined up along the pier, and traffic down the river is fairly extensive. The
stone streets of Whitebridge begin to the east. The pier is largely in shadow
from the massive White Bridge which extends from the city's center over the
river to the west.

The Whitebridge docks begin here, and the pier extends into the main city
to the east. The raging waters of the River Arinelle flow from the north
and disappear from view around a bend to the south. The majority of the
docks lie in shadow, hidden by the glorious bulk of the White Bridge, which
spans the river and sets down in the heart of the city to the east. From
here you are privileged to a magnificent view of the bridge, unobstructed
by any buildings. A faded sign stands at an angle.

The broad, milk-white arch that gives this town its name dominates Whitebridge
as much close up as it does from afar. The eastern foot of the White Bridge
settles down right in the middle of this large square and extends off to the
west. The square is paved with stones worn by generations of feet and wagon
wheels. You see a number of shops and inns nearby, and streets lead off in
every direction.

sweeps lie stacked in the middle of the ship, multiple thin ropes keeping
the bundle in place. The creaking of rope comes from somewhere nearby. A
weather worn ships log lies open nearby, its pages flapping in the breeze.

I guess the changes to boats not working with no-quit happened sometime after this?

This was probably 2008 or 2009. So boat changes happened 7 or 8 years later

Flash made a coding change so mobol can detect no-quit in 2015. That's when the change was made.

Late 2009 or early 2010 at the earliest. I think I got Kirukan off of Vincento on my seanchan a couple of days after this log.
