I think the warranting rules are fine, and have worked well in their current form. I also think banishments are a useful tool to have for things that don't really requires a warrant. If i would have to set a rule on banishments I would just say something like "banishments has to be issued with a time limit". From what i've seen, most clans have a system in place to post in their forum and open a discussion on said banishment though. Without banishments, I think clans would loose a useful tool saying "this is not ok". Also a necesarry tool in a clanwar without having the need to issue blanket warrants as said before.

I'd just like justice clans to post the laws that players are required to follow or face a warrant. Those aren't just clans Choen!

I think Choen makes a good point though, we're talking about Justice clans and the warranting rules/system so to talk about the Civil Watch's rule's is just a diversion since we don't warrant. But being the good guys that we are we'll post some rules anyways because that's just how good our guys truly are, we are good okay.

Looks someone saw his shadow today so we're due for 6 more weeks of long winded posts. Better lace up your galoshes!

Honestly, I think with the mud down for awhile this thread should get 400 posts on it thru the weekend since people have nothing else to do.

Over a few iterations of the forums there's been a thread where every clan posts their laws, so most people eventually get wind of them. Thought there was one in ToL, guess not anymore.

Random obvervation:

If you have your clan laws, and they are small enough to fit in a room keyword (or 4, if I do part 1, 2,3 4) or if it fits as mobol, I can put them ingame. That way, hopefully, even if forums go, they would never be lost again.

I'm thinking posting them at citygates or something, since squares usually have functions already.
