What defines bullying another person on this game?

I generally see narrates/chats that straddle or cross the line from being IC to thinly veiled attacks on the player to be bullying. This game requires certain level of thick skin to play (what with the learning curve and no-safe-space thing!). That being said, there have been instances that I have witness/been a part of where a person is obviously acting in a manner that is beyond RP or IC, but clearly is meant to be rude and insulting.

On a slightly more serious note though I think bullying is anytime someone tries to target a specific player across alts just because they don't like that person. There's way too many instances of people being rude or snarky for it to constitute bullying, so I don't agree with Ashlee on that!
