Why can't that be done here, given the forum has been opened? Also, seeignas how I don't think the warranting rules are all that problematic, I thought asking for ideas and thoughts was a good place to start.

I was just stating it can be done on forums but it would be better with a new post with a better title than "...abusing warranting" or "way to go guys".
