Con question

I've heard rumors con has a bit to do with regain. Was wondering if anyone knew a little more specific info on this. Like what's the difference on say someone with 17 con compared to 19? Any testing been done? Thanx!

I've started testing this, and yes con directly impacts Hp regen. I don't have my data with me to give a full tic and half tic breakdown, but

Standing_Regen = Floor(3 x Con / 4)

This is divided between the half tic and tic. Sitting, resting, and sleeping increase this rate.

Con also indirectly impacts Mvs regen through encumbrance. You can find more info in the Wiki article on Encumbrance, which also contains a link to the mvs regen testing article.

I always just assumed it had, because all my alts take about the same amount of time for a full regen in CoL/D.
