Are you being putposefully dense? Texas v. Johnson struck down a Texas criminal law because it violated the 1st amendment. I have some friends that were protesting in Portland and definitely checked in with them this morning. This was a pretty interesting interview from the Portland Police Chief about last night and hearing how they handle the situations of rioters mixing in with peaceful protesters.
