Re: America....
Having interest is not an issue but passing judgement that all americans are idiots because they vote it trump is a bit much
Re: America....
Is Russia now a superpower (and the only one)? Because Trump is Putin's very fine person, gender being but a construct of society.

Kind of like what the US tries to do with other countries, eh?Kennett wrote:All of you that live outside the states telling me what i SHOULD do and WHO I SHOULD vote for pisses me off. You have no idea because your not here in it.
Yes, generalizing all non-college educated white males as racists xenophobes is just as bad as saying all black people are murderers and thugs. We shouldn't do it. However, "giving hope to the little guy"...yeah, right. This buffoon has spewed so much bullshit just to say what his listeners wanted to here. I'll believe him coming true on anything when it happens.
For now, we ride the wave and see what happens.
Re: America....
As a college educated white male who is an avid anti-Trump Republican, I've gotta agree with Tarkon to an extent. The media's portrayal of the "uneducated white male" is extremely offensive, imo, and largely not representative of the Trump supporters. Sure, he has the support of white supremacists and plenty of...deplorables? but that hardly explains the 59 million people who voted for him. Furthermore, the fact that we somehow now associate uneducated white males with guys in wife-beaters, drinking budweiser outside their trailers after their weekly KKK rally is disheartening. Some of the most intelligent and hard-working people I know voted for Trump; not because they like him but because they so vehemently oppose Hillary. I get it. I also understand the rural masses who don't sit around their offices reading political news all day but catch random speeches from Trump saying how he's going to make their lives so much better because he cares and noone else does.
On the subject of the foreign interest, of course we understand why you pay attention to our politics. I think the ramifications are rather obvious. I get that and I think we discussed it briefly at the beginning of this. What is frustrating is some guy spouting abuse in broken english with wrongly-used ellipses every 4th word and belittling half of our nation's population based on their political decisions simply because they don't align with his/her own rather uninformed and bigoted opinions.
I suppose it's similar to some guy calling your sister a slut. Sure, she might make some questionable moral decisions, but she's still your sister and you're the only one allowed to judge her

Re: America....
It's kinda like how when you guys invade other people's countries without reason. You had no idea what you were doing and managed to destabilize an entire region to the point where you're still picking up the pieces 15 years later. All because your president held a grudge on his papi's behalf. You picked an amazingly horrible president back then, re-elected him despite the awful track record of his war mongering administration, and now you went and did it again. You've had eight of the worst years of congress in history, spear headed by people who still believe that we can't affect the climate - that only God tells the temperature to go up or down.Kennett wrote:https://youtu.be/Ryy7YbVYmKE
All of you that live in other countries run your mouths like you know whats going on in America. I am for one tired of the media telling me because, im a middle class white male that has not been to college, that its my fault that things are bad, or that im racist or that im a redneck. Trump might not be your groomed perfect president, but he gives hope to the little guy.
All of you that live outside the states telling me what i SHOULD do and WHO I SHOULD vote for pisses me off. You have no idea because your not here in it.
People give a dung because all of this matters. It matters that ol' Pussygrabber is now the most powerful man in the world. It matters on so many levels and it affects me. That is why I care about how you vote. Whether you like it or not, your country isn't solely an American issue.
Also, I probably know more about your country than you think.

To be fair, if you went around the world and asked all the teenage boys if they wanted to one day grow up and become president of America and be referred to as Pussygrabber, I'd bet the majority would say yes. So, you see, maybe he really is keeping the american dream alive!

I am hoping for something radical to happen..Like time travelling..
Re: America....
Funny you should mention that. Yesterday I got on my FB the idea of "if you could time travel, would you kill baby Hitler". Obviously, if you were to kill him, there's a chance there wouldn't be WW2 and 6 million people wouldn't have died. Then again, the outcome of the murder is completely unknown and it could always turn out worse. Most people who are asked this question apparently decide to stick with the evil they know instead of creating something uncertain and potentially worse.Firimei Lang wrote:I am hoping for something radical to happen..Like time travelling..
