JCuff load removal from Tall Thief is the worst thing that has happened for spine PK since we came back online. Used to consistently be another stabber or two to fight around there, or if not could try to kill TT for chance at a good piece of loot. Now, it isn't worth hitting and 0% chance of PK last 10 times I have gone.
