FIXED: Falme war prac and xp rerolls not working

The warrior prac was in a shop, making the "buy" command refer to the shopkeeper.

But it's also type: buy reroll, not say buy reroll.

Warrior prac has been moved to 1s master blacksmith, aka all w of the Suroth/ Silvak entrance junction.
