I know it says that with the reroll system. Like, I buy reroll and don't use it, when I log back in my 630 char will get same message, 520 will say 600, etc. Either way, yes it's wrong technically with wording, but I think it's just letting you know you have an unused reroll (or more) banked.

I saw that rerolls can be bought now with exp, but I haven't done that.
