Jerad Door Locked

I was doing Jerad mini chain just now and got to the end. Used key to unlock door but it didn't work, broke key door still locked, see log.

On Top of the Tower
A plain, flat granite plain welcomes you at the top of the tower. What an

the east to the forests in the south, before discovering signs of life at this
lofty height! A small hut, constructed of rubble, is visible to the east,
surrounded by a circle of white stones. Wisps of smoke can be seen trailing
from the top of the hut.

Did you just enter the zone? Because zones that haven't been entered for a while tend to repop a few seconds after someone enters them. It's why sometimes doors close after you in some zones.

This is likely what happened here, but then after you had unlocked the door.

There is no fix to this, it's just the repop cycle being triggered after you entered. Just wait a few seconds before unlocking things.
