has been erected to help defend Emond's Field, its gate lies to the east.

I'd like to apologize to Mephistopheles for being frustrated and accusing him of alting Justice. I was under the impression that alting Justice or Malpheasor was against the rules and acted accordingly however I was proven wrong.
"Disrupting the turn in cycle means turning it in at the wrong mob, or dting it etc. That means it's completely gone and has to be manually reloaded by an imm after verifying it's indeed gone and not on someone's storage/rented.
It's still ingame right now, that character has been on so presumably it's being played. That does not equal disrupting the turn in cycle."
Therefore, alting Justice and Malpheasor is ok as per Imms. Good to know if you didn't already.
