FIXED: Broken liaison quest due to mob removal

I don't have a specific log here, but Chloro and I were working on the Bandar Eban liaison quest, which includes buying a barrel of tabac from an itinerant peddler. However, the peddler was no longer in two of the locations that we knew of either before or immediately after daily reboot.

Someone else suggested that these might have been removed from the game when the DS brokers were removed. If this is true, you can't complete this liaison quest anymore.

Can someone please look into this and let me know if there is another way to complete the quest in game, or create a new mob who has the quest item available? Thank you!
