Just because I stabbed you, it's not MY KILL...It was during group pk, so I see it as a group kill. If it was just me, and found you somewhere and stabbed, then sure, I would ask for the eq back. I gave all the, "pretties" as you call it, away. You can verify that with the rest of DS if you like. I don't store stuff(except for vials and daggers) Your cuffs, Egown, Shield, medallion, were all given away. I kept none.
Let me just add that at NO POINT did you seem to be LD or lagging prior to that stab. You had no troubles fleeing around and such, so there was absolutely no way for us to tell other than reading this log AFTER I had already given everything out.
As I said, If you feel that me returning your statuette, and whatever else I could scrounge up(after I had already logged off..and relogged on with the sole purpose of finding whatever was left to return to you) is a slap in the face...then you can no longer expect any kind of return from me in the future. I don't care if you give good 1 on 1, or what your excuse may be. I'm over this thread...have a nice life.

Seems any excuse works these days. Just get your comrade to bellow "oh he lagged/dced/went to the bathroom" and voila, stuff should happen. I haven't tested this but have heard reports of it, so there is some validity to it.

These days? It was par for the course in ss pk for the longest time as people traded qps and gear back and forth. Kind of like win-trading back in wow-pvp :). If you weren't part of the inner circle of regulars, once you joined a pk session it would blow your mind how full sets were returned because "so and so was a good guy".
Not to mention the illian tear "war".
I can see how people fostered into that mindset expect a return for no particular reason.

Ofcourse I dident expect to get equipment returned when i i suddenly get a short lag and get blicked.
Thats not what i meant when i said i expected it from loomis, more in the lines of: if i tell loomis whatsup im pretty sure he will return, which he did even without me asking, like Equitant said, hes a good guy.
What annoyed me was that when he had the mindset to return, which he did. I figured if he had just sent 1 single tell to the persons involved they woulda given him the stuff in a heartbeat, because the persons involved, are also nice =)
In other words, 2 tells woulda saved me like 3 weeks.
I was most likely annoyed with the situation more then Loomis, and I took it out on him.
Paj, Enok and Dimmu just have nfc what they are talking about, trying to claim that dying frozen would be something wierd to get a return from.
And no, SS has never been the way you describe it Enok, I know.. i've spent quite the time there, we never returned. We left gear if we dident need. Like most people do, no matter if its north or southwest. It has wasent ever a thing that people started demanding, and neither it is now.
