CMUD "stealing focus" Windows 7

Has anyone had trouble recently with CMUD popping to the foreground of your monitor while in another program? This has been happening quite a bit for me the past few days, and a google search only brings up windows NOT coming to the foreground.

is a boutton on the toolbar at the top
just check its not set to keep in forground

on zmud it just says on top when u hover over it i assume its the same for cmud
