* R HP:Healthy MV:Fresh > sheath
You sheath a wickedly scythed longsword into a sword sheath.

An adventuring ogier bellows 'I have replenished my supplies and am ready to leave the city again'

Inside the Eastern Gate of Bandar Eban
The large gate of Bandar Eban is the mouth that leads out to the rest of
the world. Outside it, to the east, a road leads further away from the
coast and the shrieking seagulls. A massive gate blocks the passage at
night, but stands wide open during the day. A door north leads into the
office of the guardsmen, while to the east is the road away from Bandar
Eban. Westward, the city stretches forth.

An iron lantern hangs from the wall above the gate.
A wild stallion bucks madly.
Standing here, eyeing you with suspicion, is a Bandar Eban gate guard.

You are already standing.

* R HP:Healthy MV:Fresh > Eastern End of the Domani Avenue
At this point, the wide avenue splits into four, leading off north, south,
east and west. To the east is the large Eastern Gate of Bandar Eban, west
the Domani Avenue stretches as far as the eye can see and to the north and
south an outer road follows the city walls.

An oil lamp, set in a steel cage, hangs from a high wooden pole.
Eyes keen, a Domani razor stands here swishing its tail, being ridden by you.
A Domani lord stalks by briskly.

[lead horse]
You must dismount before leading it!

* R HP:Healthy MV:Fresh >

The horse somehow left with me still riding, but I stayed in the room I was in.

I am fairly certain this is a known bug with no rhyme or reason. At least that is my recollection of this.

This. There has to be some mobol somewhere that makes 1.horse, or a horse move in a direction. We've not found it in all these years, so I'm not holding my breath now.

Kind of reminds me of the bug where if you are leading a mob, like a master mob, and follow someone else but input a command that keeps you in the room (like charge/stab or whatever) as the group moves, the mob follows the rest of the group out of the room even though it's technically supposed to be following you.
