You step through the balconydoor.
A Wide Balcony
Impossibly spindly struts support a wide balustrade of seamless pale stone,
which guards the edge of a broad balcony. Laid out below, the grounds of
the White Tower stretch out to be met by the city of Tar Valon, rooftops
pointing to the sky all the way to where the river abruptly borders the
city. Delicately arching bridges span the water, providing passage.
