This quest seems borked in general with the whole skipping steps 3, 5, and 6 due to there not being any mobs to talk to between steps, but the bug i'm reporting comes from parts 8/9.
Step 8 was asking the guards in the shack inside Caemlyn about the missing seeker. They responded that Lord Dalfoor came to them complaining about a spy matching that description. So for part 9 I went to Lord Dalfoor and tried asking him about a spy and saying the description of the seeker. He didn't respond at all to anything about a spy, but when i gave him the description of the seeker he started his speech about his missing sword. Paladyr looked at Dalfoors code, but it doesn't have anything in it about the seeker or his description. So at his request I am making this bug post so that it might be looked in to.
