The sinister scythes that were loaded in October as a seasonal weapon are going to be pulled on December 15th.

Everyone who has one at the time will find themselves in the 'Unique Jail', which will be revamped to also deal with these. You can exit this jail by dropping the scythe. If you don't have the scythe on you, you'll have to wait for an imm to come rescue you and escort you to the rent with the scythe.

So really, you're best off just playing the heck out of them while they last...
