The stable in Four Kings now hosts a hostler, who can be paid to stable your warhorse or bloodstock and give you a universal white/ black stable ticket in return.
Stables of the Dancing Cartman Inn
Piles of hay cover the floor, throwing shadows across the small run-down
shack which serves as the stable for the inn next door. In spite of the
apparent danger posed by low hanging lanterns and the stench of manure,
the stable appears to treat its animals quite well. A long low water
trough runs along the side of the stalls, and feedbags hang on a hook
beside each gate.

A hostler stands here, appreciating horses with a keen eye.
A young stablehand is nearby, quietly mucking out an empty stall.
You say 'help commands'
A keen-eyed hostler says 'For the small fee of 10 gold crowns,'
A keen-eyed hostler says 'I will exchange warhorses and bloodstocks for a universal stable ticket,'
A keen-eyed hostler says 'Simply give me the money and SAY STABLE WARHORSE/ BLOODSTOCK.'
A keen-eyed hostler says 'You can exchange these tickets at stable hands.'
Since I anticipate questions:
-No razors, since I couldn't find a stable ticket for them. They were likely implemented after the stable change.
-No, I am not going to put these at every stable. There used to be a problem with these old, non-coded stable tickets where people would stable their horse and immediately unstable them, leading to more than usual mobility for LS.
-Yes, I tried making the mob read coded stable tickets and trigger off "already redeemable", but guess what, mobs can't read those tickets.
-The above is why this mob is in 4k, not immediately in the vicinity of a stablehand. It takes a small amount of time to walk to the nearest stable hand, which is an artificial delay to prevent the instant regen problem stated above.
-If above presents too much of a balance issue, it'll be removed and you'll all just be out of luck, because this is the best a non-coder can do.
