Alison gently smiles at herself when she leaves Tar valon square behind her and the last words of Mierin Sedai reverberating in her mind. She smiles as few novices walk past her on their way to classes.
With a deep deliberate hands she grabs the gold and silver ribbons from her backpack as she heads into the classroom.
With deliberate care she wraps the golden ribbons around her upper wrists as well as her boots.
"What are you doing, Alison?" asks the accepted standing next to her.
"It is the month of rembembrance. When i attempt to let others remember those Aes sedai or Gaidin or friends that has gone before, to be remembered. To bring their thoughts, adventures into the present. We will never forget those that have set the foundations for the future.""
She stands and examines the intricate patterns. Each and every ribbon represents friends and family that she has met and interacted with.

Khahliana sedai that taught me the basics of understanding that you need to be independant and strong
willed.

peoples game mechanics.

Lovely idea, most of mine are old and gone.
Jason - still here! We have known each other a very long time. He's a continuum of wonderful things - he is funny, devoted, generous and kind, to name a few of his qualities I admire. He has remained one of my longest continual friends here on WotMUD.
Iliana, Aphrodite and Nest - A Blue (former Green), Brown and White I truly admired. Iliana for her general wonderfulness as a human. As a character here, I think she was one of the most well-rounded. Aphrodite for her dedication to role play. Nest for her embodiment of the Whites, and truly her own brand of person.
The Grays - Rebeka, Riasa and of course, Mikaela. Mikaela I looked up to immensely when I started here and joined the Gray Ajah. She has inspired me to be thoughtful and helped my very young self attempt to play the role of a much wiser individual. I think with some success, despite what others may have thought or still think!
Alayla - Reminds me the most of some of the individuals I spent my early years of mudding with, and some of the characters I have named above. These individuals that made me so excited to become a part of the White Tower. Having had the opportunity to see her transition from an Accepted to Sedai, she has proven herself time and time again to be one of the best we have had and ever will.
Vayus - Was my newbie helper. I met him when I Was like sub level 10. He is perhaps most famous for dying all the time in PK.
Sisters that have grown with me and been a reliable presence - Lara, Rhianna, Wynoa, Melyssan, Jul, Joinde, Yinia and many more.
My other men and women that have always made me laugh - Zeduis, Keruk, Flarn, to name a few.
Elysia - I have been so impressed: You have an incredible ability to approach a problem thoughtfully and work around, over, under and when need be, through them. You have a hard job and thankless job. So thank you for doing it so well.

I have been touched by so many over the years. Some who have been my friends, others who I have strived to learn from and emulate.
Nate, Keruk, Tarinen, and Darqal all became people who have meant so much to me in much deeper ways than just the game. These people have become or were true friends beyond Wotmud. Their friendship has meant everything to me.
The old Wisdoms, so many whose names I have forgotten over time but who remain such dear memories to me. They taught me how to roleplay and how strong a community this world could be.
There are those who have taught me, motivated me to strive and fight harder. Some I know, some are just passing acquaintances, but all have my respect and appreciation for the things they have taught me, both directly and indirectly. So many old Sald Cav, Paj, Braxas, Elrad...plus those I've already mentioned, Nate, Tarinen, Darqal. Those who just motivate me to work harder and be better such as Tuk and Ludn. The one who ALWAYS has a positive attitude even though he gets sacrificed in every pk: Mronz. All these people have contributed to who I am as a pker, either directly through teaching or indirectly. Some just motivate me to be better and fight harder. All are people I respect.
The ones who have put so much time and effort into this game, Elysia, Itesh, Tamarlyn, Cynthiel, Elodin. I've been lucky to have such great watchers over the years. I love all the imms and appreciate them so much but these have personally impacted my life in this world and I appreciate what they've shared with me.

I'll bite. A lot of the Lancers that first taught me to pk, including: Nash, Lancelaut, Koagan, Gulwinid, and Maple. Also Oak, such a fun guy to exp, smob, or just shoot the dung with. Same with Terinor! Also Atienne and Santino, who helped me break my teeth on same-side pk and made me come to love the Compies before they went entirely inactive for a while. Also, Amielia and Archaela, two old Accepteds that were some of my first friends in the game and I always hope will turn back up sometime.

While scanning some old manuscripts I stumbled across one that should never have gotten so dusty. This seemed like a good opportunity to acknowledge those that were with me. I remember each and every one of you still today for your participation in this amazing Tower Quest that Elysia put together.
