Center Square
The Center Square serves as a hub for the rest of the city. All sections of
the city can be reached by the square, from which roads leave in all
directions. The gates of the city can also be reached going north, east,
and west. The square is as much for socializing as it is to allow movement
along trade routes to and from Andor, and many people pass through here
each day. A banner stands here showing the layout of the city. You can
watch people leave and enter the gates from here.
[ obvious exits: N E S W ]
The corpse of a rat is lying here.
Some elaborate figurines spew fresh water into a broad basin here.
Melosa Rochaid, Journey Accepted is standing here, riding a Domani razor.
An old woman smiles kindly.
A gray palfrey prances skittishly nearby, being ridden by you.
The Lugard town crier stands here, spreading the news.

Melosa looks at Ismael.

Ismael says 'Leave the Tower before it burns, young one.'

Melosa frowns.

Ismael says 'The Dragon is coming and the Tower has proven itself too much of an impediment in what must happen.'

Melosa says 'And what is that?'

An old woman leaves east.

Melosa says 'Another Breaking?'

Ismael says 'It is foretold that the Pattern will be re-shaped.'

Ismael feels parched from the hot weather.

Ismael clears his throat.

Melosa says 'So I dont even know if you're criminal or MC'

Ismael nods in agreement.

Melosa coughs loudly.

Melosa says 'This so-called Dragon...'

Melosa says 'Is he but another maddened male channeler?'

Melosa says 'There has been plenty of False Dragons'

Melosa says 'History shows that it is simply more of the same.'

Ismael says 'Tell me, have you ever observed a wagon wheel turn?'

Melosa looks at you coolly.

Ismael says 'History will repeat itself just like that wheel turning...until it breaks or is broken. '

Melosa says 'Indeed.'

Melosa says 'And this so-called Dragon'

Melosa says 'As history repeats itself'

Melosa says 'Will be nothing more than another False Dragon'

Ismael feels parched from the hot weather.

Ismael says 'Do not confuse history repeating itself with the notion that it repeats itself indefinitely.'

Ismael says 'All wheels rot and splinter eventually.'

Melosa says 'Every False Dragon believes themselves to be the Dragon Reborn, the Light made flesh.'

Ismael says 'And you need only to look at the Tower to see the rot inherent in this one.'

Melosa chuckles politely.

Melosa says 'Most amusing.'

Ismael smiles happily.

Melosa says 'The White Tower is by no means perfect.'

Melosa says 'However, Tar Valon and the Aes Sedai, Servants of All, is what holds this world together'

Ismael says 'Fortunately, I am beyond convincing the White Tower of its ways. The chaff has separated among the Dragonsworn and those who would allow themselves to be gentled and go mewling off to defend some false monarch or even the Tower itself have done so.'

A lantern held by Melosa begins to dim a little.

Melosa gestures briefly at Melosa, who now appears more impressive somehow.

Ismael says 'The Tower won't be convinced and the Dragon won't be denied.'

Melosa says 'The Wheel weaves as the Wheel wills'

A lantern held by Melosa is definitely fading.

Melosa scoffs at the notion of the Dragon Reborn

Ismael nods in agreement.

Ismael says 'Scoff as you might, but this was the warning.'

Ismael says 'The Tower will burn.'

Sarryn has arrived from the south, riding a gray palfrey.
A dutiful Illian Companion has arrived from the south.
An Illian Companion soldier has arrived from the south.

Sarryn leaves north riding a gray palfrey.
A dutiful Illian Companion leaves north.
An Illian Companion soldier leaves north.
Ismael nods at her.

Ismael is already standing.

Melosa frowns.

Melosa says 'Then it is most unfortunate that this civil conversation must come to an end'

Ismael says 'Indeed. but it's a conversation that must be had. The next time we meet, if you are still a member of the Tower, the time for conversation will be at an end, but I am not a criminal in the night and I do not require the element of surprise. You have been warned fairly.'
