FYI we're working on dealing with this and hoping to come up with a ToE post to clarify (Sworn) in detail. It's a relatively new mechanic with some kinks to work out - not extremely easy ones. Rest assured that neither player operated in the best RP or "friendly" houseguest way, and both are likely to be RP-reprimanded as is fit from the Seanchan.
