A call for aid was sent out by any means that could take it, and so a brave group of adventures from all walks of life rallied to Andor to save the nation and perhaps the queen!


The Throne Room
You are stunned by the size and splendor of Queen Morgase's Throne Room.
The walls present hunting scenes carved in relief in stone of the purest
white. Tapestries between the carvings are of bright flowers and
brilliantly plumaged hummingbirds, except for the ones flanking the throne
which proudly display the White Lion of Andor. On a dais at the room's far
wall is a throne of marble. A greatdoor opens south into a large hall and
an officedoor opens east into the Queen's private study. A smaller archway
lies to the west.

After several trips to the inner stables and the local blacksmith, the parties move to the western gate toward adventure and beyond!

Inside the Western Gate of Caemlyn
You are just inside the West Gate of Caemlyn. You stop and stare at the sheer
magnitude of the city. Caemlyn could swallow several other cities whole
without much of a ripple. People are streaming through the gates and the city
looks crowded beyond belief. You can see high in the center of Caemlyn the
Inner City and the royal Palace. An outer road leads north and south along
the city walls, and a wide boulevard leads east into the city's heart.

The journey goes well, until the parties are safely within Whitebridge.

Magnificent Square
The broad, milk-white arch that gives the town its name dominates
Whitebridge as much close up as it does from afar. The eastern foot of the
White Bridge settles down right in the middle of a large town square, and
extends up and off to the west. The square is paved with even flagstones,
worn down by generations of feet and wagon wheels. Shops and inns dot the
square and the surrounding streets, which lead off in every direction. A
large banner has been attached to a staff, depicting a map of Whitebridge.

The parties travel from Whitebridge to the well known bandit lair of Ragnor, and are met with scores of seasoned bandits testing their skills, until they finally descend on the Hideout. Only to find out that Ragnor, isn't there.

Hideout
Ah! You have found the hideout of a gang of bandits that have been
terrorizing some of the nearby villages, as is clearly indicated by the
trappings in the room. Indeed, large tapestries on the walls portray some
of the band's leaders: Orma, Drakmyr, and Ragnor are embroidered on the
elegant cloth. Such must be the arrogance of this gang. A long narrow table
occupies the center of the room, surrounded by a half dozen chairs. A large
wardrobe is on the south wall, and a plainer exit is in the east wall.

The approach ends at a pair of massive steel plated doors that seem to grow
from the stone walls of the fortress. Their surfaces are solid and riveted,

The massive gates of Caemlyn, capital of Andor, rise before you to the
east. The bustle and noise of the city can be heard at all hours, and
during the day long lines of people form to enter the realm of Queen
Morgase, ruler of one of the greatest cities of the known world. Drifting
off towards Whitebridge to the west, the Caemlyn Road leaves its namesake
behind, amongst the colors of the Queen's Guard.

Inside the Western Gate of Caemlyn
You are just inside the West Gate of Caemlyn. You stop and stare at the sheer
magnitude of the city. Caemlyn could swallow several other cities whole
without much of a ripple. People are streaming through the gates and the city
looks crowded beyond belief. You can see high in the center of Caemlyn the
Inner City and the royal Palace. An outer road leads north and south along
the city walls, and a wide boulevard leads east into the city's heart.

Hard fought, our bandy bunch of hero's are pushed back by the overwhelming number of bandits pillaging the city. Through the central square, past the inner city, to the very gates of the palace they are pushed. Aes Sedai weaving shields of air above them to protect for arrows, as those with no ability to channel fight for their lives. Weaves fire and ice streak through the bandit hordes as Lenara Sedai lets out a guttural scream as Queens Guardsmen begin to fall, and the horde of bandits encroach on the group becoming a deadly threat. Flows of earth pull from the very paving stones into a rock like formation between her hands, slowly Lenera raises the lump and serves it like a ball in sports towards the bandit horde. Air screams as flows of earth make a direct line on the ground into the middle of the bandit army. The ground explodes sending a twenty foot by twenty foot area of the center ring of the small army into the air spewing rocks and iron from the paving stone braces. With determination Chloro Sedai, Kitiara Sedai, Aria Sedai, and Liia Sedai move to the forefront of the group. The women working in unison as weaves of air pull from every direction and swirl around them. As if practiced their hands and arms jut out towards the bandit horde, a gust of air strong enough to blow them back 50 feet hits the front line sending the confused men slamming back into their brethren as Kathala Sedai shoves the awe shocked Accepted through the door to safety in the palace. Quickly the others file in as six Queens Guardsmen begin pulling the massive palace doors shut, another two ready to place the brace to fortify the door. Chloro motions her sisters in as she maintains the weave, shocked as Kitiara and Aria put their arms around hers yanking her back in hard enough to make her loose grip on Saidar as the doors slam shut.

As a group they make their way through the palace, servants ands Guards stationed every 40 paces with Tables and chairs tossed together into makeshift barricades should the palace be breached.

The Throne Room
You are stunned by the size and splendor of Queen Morgase's Throne Room.
The walls present hunting scenes carved in relief in stone of the purest
white. Tapestries between the carvings are of bright flowers and
brilliantly plumaged hummingbirds, except for the ones flanking the throne
which proudly display the White Lion of Andor. On a dais at the room's far
wall is a throne of marble. A greatdoor opens south into a large hall and
an officedoor opens east into the Queen's private study. A smaller archway
lies to the west.

Basil Gill had his hands full that night, as our brave fighters of the light enjoyed a pint, or two, or no more than 10 each rejoicing in their victory over the bloody bandit lords.

Firstly let me say your roleplay was impeccable. I’m glad I got to see this side of it. You were all amazing.

Secondly, there was such a big turn out, which I’m grateful for, that it was hard to give everyone individual attention at the end. But I am extremely thankful for all of you trying so hard and giving it your all.

So a little thing I do with all my characters is give them back stories and little quirks. I’ll give you guys one now, you notice in the Tower log that disguised Henry has trouble with his legs?
