A rather large-built man with a heavy unfamiliar accent attempts to set up a small shopping table. Strangely enough, his mean-sounding rough voice does not seem to match his kind eyes at all. He drags out three bulging sack filled with various types of heavy plate mail and slams them onto the table, which collapses in a heap of wooden pieces. The sudden loud thrashing sound causes an abrupt head-turning from the crowds.
"I've got a bunch of heavy armor for trade.", he says bluntly. "I'm currently collecting one of every type of common-tier weapon to be used for tactical research, by order of Far Madding First Counsel. Donations are also happily accepted."
He unfolds and reveals a large, but terribly illegible parchment containing a list of wanted goods:
