You see a note pinned to the message board of the Woman of Tanchico in Tar Valon
I came across a backpack lying on the floor next to the reception desk. I asked the innkeeper, but no one had reported losing any bags. I held onto it for some time for safekeeping, and chatted to various patrons a few times to see if anyone was missing anything. If the owner finds this message, please contact me and I will see that the backpack gets to you. Just identify the contents of the pack and it's yours.
