A fancy stall

In a corner amongst all the stalls in Luggard, you notice this small but fancy stall.
A hooded figure standing next to it tells you: "Hey. I have these two weapons for people that like to ride on horses. I prefer to be on foot myself."
You look at the table:
a Partisan of Ghealdan (Pristine cond)
A hooded figure tells you: "I am looking for Silver Medallions."
A huge black and tanned Bloodhound growls softly from amongst the shadows.
