Auction: a dragon belt [DONE]

In the busy city center of Caemlyn, you see a merchant just like the one you had seen near Fal Dara.
Upon closer look - it is the same merchant! Seems very out of place here in the Queen's lands.

"Look here, one and all, come closer to admire the beauty" you hear him call.
Coming closer, you see what he has for display:
- a belt bearing a dragon worked in silver

While still guarding it, he looks over the crowd and singles you out.
"Looking for gold coin only! We're buying a gift for our Blademaster, Lord Agelmar" he yells at you.

You take a look in your purse and make an offer...

The merchant is suddenly hit in the chest by a soft object - one of those balls the jugglers use.
That was odd!

Ah, you can see from a distance there's a letter attached to the ball.
The merchant also sees it and after reading the letter yells:

"There's been a bid of 20 thousand crowns!"

After sniffing the letter, the merchant puts it in his back pocket.

Two Queen's Guards come around for a stroll and look like they are wondering what all the commotion is about.

"Hey, merchant, do you have a permit?!", one of them asks.
The merchant pulls out his papers and hands them over.

"Ah, you're our allies up north. Great stuff, thanks for the good fight. Give our regards to Lord Agelmar". The guard says, after which he hands back the papers.

"Your permit is valid for 5 more days, after which you should pack your stuff", the other guard grunts.
Not so happy maybe, that fellow. After a bow from the merchant, however, he does add, "But do have a good day, soldier".

A (luckily soft) ball hits the merchant smack in the face. It seemingly came out of nowhere!
The merchant is slightly dazed, but regains his composure fast.

After grabbing the ball from the floor and removing the attached note, he shouts:
"Top offer is now 22 thousand gold crown!".

He looks around a bit more cautious than before and adds, "Last day last chance! Make it quick!".

You duck just in time as another ball makes a "Whooooossh" sound right over your head.

Looking up again you see the merchant catch the ball with a satisfying "thunk".
He seems very happy with himself.

The crowd gathers as he yells loudly, "Another ball... eh, bid has just come in.".
He waits for dramatic effect... which seems a bit silly at this point.

"Ah, yes. The high bid is now 23 thousand crown!" he continues.
You are thinking to yourself that the producer of these balls is having a great day.

The merchant packs his stuff and leaves the city, right as you was thinking about throwing your own ball.

"Ah, shuck!" you exclaim. As you watch him ride north back to the Borderlands.
