The Tower frowns on the trade of angreal, friend Raucher.

I'm sure those moonstone discs couldn't possibly be angreal, else I trust Raucher would have turned them over to the Stone for safekeeping.

They're clearly very ornate ashtrays.

While yours and the Tairen lords' knowledge of items of power might be limited, be sure that the Tower's records and knowledge is ancient - whoever comes across an angreal must return it to its rightful owners. If done so voluntarily I'm sure the Tower will compensate you for your aid, if not then you are sure to come under the Tower scrutiny. The lack of return of an angreal will very likely result in a warrant and at the very least a banishment.

Yes, she is right, you must turn it in to the rightful owners. So when you have time, please return these to the fortress so they can be disposed of appropriately. Sadly, these women will only use them to bend the world to their needs and wants. While, we will not try and monopolize items that are not our, unlike the Tower it is better to be safe than sorry if something happened while in possession of these. Strange things created by those that serve the Dark One they are so I only issue a warning for your own personal safety.
