Are you put off by the ban up north? Don't want to be jailed? Trade or sell to me!

I'm looking for AS coats mostly, but will consider other trinkets. I can pay well in gold, or can do trades for my obsidians, gold rings, big weapons (axes, swords) etc.

I do have a wicked Bladed axe for the right gear.
