This still a thing? I've heard conflicting opinions since I came back. I notice it does not appear in the official posted Rules of WoTmud, yet it appears in an announcement from 2016 (http://forums.wotmud.info/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3600). Pretty sure it used to be in the official rules. Oversight in the current rules posted or not a thing anymore?

Last I heard unless you literally got blicked with no witnesses then it doesn't really apply anymore.

Yea it hasn't stopped anyone at all. Nobody has enforced it and it's lax as firetruck. So. I would know better than most!

It's no longer a thing. Unless it's a clean blick or click, you are assumed to have relayed that you were attacked.
