Seems like a toss up between 10 and 15. To use the glass cannon analogy, do you want to be more glass and more cannon (10) or less glass but also less cannon (15). Taking #10 is making a trade-off of 24 HP to gain 14 sps and slightly better sp regen.

I would probably pick 15, but 10 would be higher risk/reward.

I'd say #10 because :

1- Max str for better warrior pracs shows.
2- Max wil for largest sps pool.
3- 18 Dex is a minimum.
4- 17 int / 19 wil gives 18 sps regen per tic as opposed to #10's 17 sps/tic.
5- 13 con vs 14 con regen is negligible.

The only con to #10 is like Raeza pointed out, the 24 hps drop.

The best defense is a strong offense or WVD (which a larger sps pool will more readily allow).

Would take hps over 14 sps, +1 regen a tic.

Is this character max level or can it still gain some HP?

And I am max level so no more HPS

Oh, now that you have added your original stats....

I would probably keep what you currently have. Max HPs, Str, Dex, and Wil. Int is the least important.
