can it open everything? bypass doors that otherwise need a key?

also on this subject, does anyone know exact % for RK? I tested it on a troll statter once but have forgotten.

I’ve found it able to bypass a few (though not all) doors that need keys. It’s kinda fun to have as an abs hunter with spare pracs.
Definitely will not open all doors though.

Not sure on exact pick needed for RK but I typically get 80% and it's enough.
