A friend's statter had a similar problem (They don't want to create forum account hence my posting on their behalf). Should I expect better from Children of the Light?

Circle of Light
High amidst the heavens, the Circle of Light is the hallowed ground of the
friends of the Light. From here, some of the major destinations around the
world can be reached, as shown by a large sign. A permanent fountain in the
center of the Circle gives a soothing backdrop to ponder mortal matters.

Your friend needs to stop thinking they can chat dung on globals just because they are level 2.

Yeah agreed. I was on at the time and that statter was just running their mouth on globals speaking dung about CoL. Would of killed them myself if I saw them.

Don't do dung on a throwaway stater and then get suprised when someone kills you

As a reminder, statters are not exempt from being pkilled, there is no level restriction on player killing on WoTmud. Staff draws the line at griefers, which in this context would be those who make a habit out of killing statters or low levels for no good reason.

So Kryzen and Anor will attack any lowbie or statter who chats something about Col player conduct that they don't approve of?

Because I imagine there wouldn't be any IC justification for aggroing a highbie clanned character if they chatted criticism about Col player behaviour.

Which means they can only attack players who can't defend themselves for chatting something they didn't like?

What does that make them then?

On an unrelated note, I have been told by imms to put players on ignore when they narrate dung that I find offensive. I wonder if they could also just put the statter on ignore if they don't want to hear that player's opinion.

Although doing so may detract from necessary ego inflation.

There are plenty of *oL that will atrack people for talking crap.

There is plenty of justification since in the books everyone was afraid to cross or get caught saying anything bad.

Just for clarification, and since I don't I have a dog in this fight either way I'm not sure it matters, but is there a difference whether said dung is talked via chat or narrate?

Technically, chats are OOC and narrates are IC.

I know you're joking, but this actually sounds like you're serious.
