Naked, max BMI is ~0.376563, on an 80 inches tall and 241 lbs male char. The shortest trolloc male I've seen was 75 inches tall, and based on humans, females seem to have a min height 6 inches less, so let's say the shortest female trolloc can be 69 inches tall.

As more equipped weight is added, max BMI gets shifted lower on the height scale, until the shortest possible chars will have the highest BMI. For a given height, you'll still want the max weight type char (there are 3 possible weights for each height).

Assuming the minimum trolloc heights given above are correct, and assuming you're a 19 19 boosted to 21 19, your max BMI will be given by:

BMI = 10 x (Char_weight + equipped weight) / (height x height), giving:

Trolloc Male max =~ 0.64622 (75 inches tall, 211 lbs, wearing 152.5 lbs)
Trolloc Female max =~ 0.645873 (69 inches tall, 155 lbs, wearing 152.5 lbs)

A 21 19 char can equip 152.5 lbs of gear to max BMI, but of course your OB/DB/PB will be taking huge hits with that, so it becomes a balance between BMI and your other stats. I'm not yet aware of further research that shows just what BMI actually does and how, so that balance may be guesswork until then.

What you can do, however, is use the info above to find the optimum height char to aim for given a certain Str/Con and chosen equipment set.

For further reading on BMI calculations and equipped weight limits, respectively, please see the Wiki articles on BMI and Encumbrance.
