Anyone have an accurate time it takes to idle out and rent from a disconnect? I'm working on a version of the 5/15 script and want to make a linkless rent option but don't want to break the 5/15 min rule.

well.. I got 3 examples right away from people on DS

It looks like it runs off of tics and not a set time.

Example 1: (18 total minutes)
6 tics to idle from when seeing (linkless) on who list.
10 tics to rent
16 total tics.

Example 2: (17 total minutes)
5 tics to idle
10 tics to rent
15 total tics.

Example 3: (11 total minutes)
Didn't go linkless, just idled.
10 tics to rent
10 total tics.

You have to wait 15 from the time you're off the who list.
So it takes like 10 mins to idle out, you still need to wait the 15 after that! So 25-30 mins I thinks!

It is also effected by noquit. If you have 15 minute LS same-side noquit, it takes a lot longer to idle rent.

Right on, didn't know about the no quit aspect.

I made my version of the 5/15 script count down 20 minutes for linkless and then start the 5/15 timer.

Should work for most instances, but I will think on the no quit possibly some more.
