Wheel of Time MUD

With the immortal policy changes resulting in imms being less likely to be visible and less able to change characters quickly, and also limiting approved uses of the pray command to emergencies, is there a staff recommended method for finding a time to turn in chits, especially those that require a 104?

Mail staff generally for an appointment? Mail specific imms? Chat/narrate and hope an imm is on but invisible and willing to help?

In the case of chits since higher level imms are required, I recommend mailing staff.

Staff is already aware in this case and knows to watch for you should they be on their imms and working.
